Chapter One
Tony Nephtali, from Fensch Valley in Moselle, France, is a reggae singer-songwriter led by a rock intensity who electrifies the stage. Armed with powerful riffs & heading chorus, he sings from French to English lyrics with deep and heavy riddims as a ‘char d’assauts’.
At the age of nine, Tony discovered the music of AC/DC, Guns N’ Roses, and Nirvana. These bands would ultimately influenced Tony’s future in music.
In 2012, Tony Nephtali self-produced his first album, ‘CROISADES’. Since then, he has performed in over 250 gigs through France, Italy, Luxemburg, Belgium Germany, opening for Groundation, Delphine, Alborosie, Yaniss Odua, Clinton Fearon, Gladiators, Pierpoljak, Nuttea, Sizzla and more…
Tony would eventually meet the artist, Delphine Chupin, a powerful connection that would develop into a musical collaboration that continues to this day.

In 2018, Tony Nephtali returned to the studio in 2018 to begin work on his second solo album. The title of the album, ‘Chapter One’, was inspired by Delphine who suggested the album name should represent a musical chapter in his life.
‘Chapter One’ was recorded with Clair ‘Massive Job’ Colette behind the controls and mixed by Fabwize. Tony’s second full-length album features nine conscious tracks tainted by rock guitars and a deepest universe where the Roots is mixed up to the distortions of a new world.
