Dancehall Celebrity Everton E-Dee Dennis and Actor has released a brand new visual for his new single ‘Island Energy’, from his forthcoming album. Shot on location at the Hollywood Carnival this year in Hollywood, California, the video captures the ‘Island Energy’ of carnival dancers from islands and countries all over, while Hollywood Blvd was shut down for this massive parade.

The artist has been recently chosen by Ceo of Ariesun Inc as brand ambassador for the new Island Energy Drink and has recently appeared in commercials for the product that is taking over the active crowd. E-Dee was recently cast as supporting role in 2 Hollywood feature film called chocolate city 3 and Gangland staring Lisa Rye, Clifton Powell, Ernest Thomas and many more hollywood stars produce by jeanClaude to be released on Netflix and B.E.T network 2018.

Dennis as he burst on to the music scene in 2007 when his collaboration with Irie Love, ‘Revolution’ hit the top ten in Jamaica, and was nominated for an EME award for best collaboration. At the same time his feature on Ms. Triniti’s hit ‘Bongce Along’ was also in the Top Ten on the island as well as landing in the Top 20 Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop single sales charts. In 2010 Dennis reached the Jamaican Top Ten charts again with ‘Rightful Place’, releases included the collaboration, “Ghetto Yutes Rise” featuring I-Octane and and Where I Belong Glen Washington.

In 2011, Everton starred in ‘Out the Gate’ a feature film loosely based on his life. The film was released to theaters in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Toronto, as well as Jamaica. Newspaper Atlanta Daily World wrote the movie “appears to be on its way to becoming a classic”. Dennis’s songs have been sought after by Hollywood appearing in the feature films ‘I Think I Love My Wife’, ‘How She Move’, ‘Like Mike 2: Streetball’, and the television shows ‘Greek’ (TV Series), ‘Blue Bloods’, ‘The Bad Girls Club’ and ‘Bring It’!
