Overbound
The Oddroots are not your typical reggae band. Based in Rome, Italy, and formed in 2019, their musical research starts from reggae and dub roots contaminated by numerous influences: funk, soul, ska, jazz, hip hop; mixed to create a modern and original sound.
In 2021, after having released a live session entitled ‘Ayahuaska’, the Oddroots released two singles; ‘Strangers’ and ‘Queen of Evolution’. The tracks were produced at Andrea Saponara’s Polistudio Recording and published by Orange Park Records.

Their latest single, ‘Overbound’, released in April 2021 under the Roman label Redgoldgreen The Oddroots are winners of the ‘Jazzology’ category of Lazio Sound Scouting 2020 with their song, ‘Moonshine’.
