Meet SBDA… The South Bay Dub Allstars don’t skip a beat for anyone.

Founded in 2010, this 10-piece powerhouse with a 3-horn section, over 40 original songs, and 15 years of performances across California & Oregon, continues breaking down barriers with an unstoppable roots reggae vibe and a mix of funk, soul and pop.

With members living in Sonoma County, Gold Country, San Francisco, San Mateo County, San Jose and Monterey, the SBDA bring people from all across California. With their variety of flavors, SBDA draw crowds from popular music and dance club scenes, while continuing to captivate respect in the reggae world music scenes.

Previously known as DubFX (est. 2000), SBDA are booked to play at the prestigious California Roots Music and Art Festival 2016 with a history of performances at Reggae on the River (Garberville, CA), Monterey Bay ReggaeFest (Monterey, CA), Umqua Music Festival, (Roseburg, OR) and the Unity Festival (Guerneville, CA).

Members of SBDA include Dale Mungaray: Vocals, Tenor Sax; Paul Dawson: Vocals, Keyboard; Leland Smith: Lead Guitar; Rich Mihalek: Bass; Dustin James: Trombone; Riley Bradley: Drums; Cameron Nuessman: Keyboard; Mike Pakaluk: Trumpet; Greg Sotelo: Percussion and Beeken:
Alto Sax, Flute.

SBDA have opened for reggae icons such as Toots and the Maytals, Yellowman, Mikey Dread, Barrington Levy and Eek-a-Mouse. Members from SBDA can also be seen performing with Monkey, Dub Nation and The Seen Reds. Respect!
