Costa Rebel is a well-known Costa Rican musician, composer, music producer, and sound engineer certified by Avid and Berklee College of Music. He has worked with many reggae & dancehall stars. Among the names, we can highlight Million Stylez, Bobby Hustle, Elijah Prophet, Singer Jah, Lengualerta, Kali Blaxx, Johnny Dread, Pipo Ti, Jahricio, Tiano Bless, and many more. As a drummer, he has played for artists like Capleton, Gappy Ranks, Fidel Nadal, Pablito Molina, Toledo, Tapón, Gonin & Kafu Banton, to name a few. He owns Costa Rebel Studio Label, based in San José, Costa Rica. Among his most outstanding productions are ‘Rebeldes Riddim’, ‘Rise Up Riddim’, ‘City Lights Riddim’, ‘Put Up Yuh Hand Riddim’, ‘Wolaba Vibes’ by Bobby Hustle, ‘Conquering Lion’ by Million Stylez and ‘Costa Rica Reggae Showcase Vol 1’.
In 2020 he ventured on a new path taken by many producers who write music, lyrics, and build beats. He presented himself as an artist by placing his name side by side with the singers of the different songs they create.

As an artist, he released the following songs; ‘Al Suave’ with his compatriots Lioness Haze & Peaceful DR; ‘Insane’ with the Argentinian Singjay Tikaf; ‘Enough is Enough’ & ‘Gots To Burn’ with the Grenadian artists, A#keem and Thamara Songbird St. Bernard respectively; ‘Too Far Gone’ with North American artist Bobby Hustle; and his most recent single, ‘Murdera’ with Swedish Dancehall Star Million Stylez.
He also runs Costa Rebel Studio, where artists worldwide and different genres hire him for his top-quality mixing and mastering services and his unique sounding riddims.
