REMIX | Dubmatix & Joe Publik ‘Champion’ Remix Contest Finalists

“Champion” is the 3rd single from Dubmatix studio album, “ReWired” featuring UK’s Joe Publik.

Just before the 2022 holidays began, we launched a remix contest on Dec 20th. During the next two weeks, we received almost 150 submissions from artists worldwide – from Japan to Romania, Canada to France, and more. Entries included Steppers, Dub, Jungle, TripHop, Trap, Dance, Cumbia, and more. There’s a little something for everyone. It was an incredible experience to hear how these artists approached and created their versions.

I enlisted the help of Michelle & Nico from IRIE Magazine, Alex Culture Dub, Karsten from Irie Ites Magazine, Nicolai from Echo Beach, Monique from RDXPromo, and myself.

Each of us selected our top remixes, plus honorable mentions. They were compiled and tallied, and the results are the remixes below.
