Irie TV’s Featured Music Video Chainska Brassika’s “Knowledge is King”

WORLDWIDE – August 24, 2015 – IRIE, the reggae magazine for everything roots rock reggae music, is proud to present the featured reggae music video of the week on Irie TV… Chainska Brassika recently released new music video for “Knowledge is King”, the second single from their forthcoming debut album – ‘Skinna’ – out Nov 21st. Driven by irresistibly catchy horns, typical of ‘the rising stars of the London ska scene’ (Richie Cadence, efestivals), Chainska Brassika explore an existence where ‘feeling is knowing and knowledge is king’, taking you closer to the ‘Place You’d Rather Be’, where you can find these young lads dancing from dusk til dawn. Chainska Brassika drummer, Seth, even managed to find time to create the graphic animation for the video.

Chainska Brassika, whose first appearance in IRIE was in June 2015, have been setting stages on fire this summer, performing at festivals all over the UK. And during this time, they also managed to score a special victory, taking first place as winners of the World Reggae Contest. For their achievements, the young lads from Lewisham will receive 5 recording days at Harry J Studios in Kingston, Jamaica, including airfare to and from Jamaica along with $3000 Euros.
