This special issue of IRIE features stories about Jan Birnbaum by his closest friends and colleagues that shine a light on how special Jan Birnbaum was to all of us. Jan believed in the term of Breaking Bread, friends and strangers coming together to share a meal. We purposely release this issue before Thanksgiving to remember our brother.
