Irie Magazine’s Cali Reggae Issue (#02-02) Available Now!

WORLDWIDE – February 4, 2016 – IRIE, the reggae magazine for everything roots rock reggae music, today released it’s February 2016 Cali Reggae Issue (#02.02) featuring Stick Figure as the featured cover artist. Stick Figure is the musical imagination of Scott Woodruff, the accomplished producer with a unique brand of Roots Dub Reggae. His latest release, a 14-song masterpiece entitled Set In Stone, is his most ambitious recording to date. This issue also features reggae artists Micah Shemaiah (Jamaica), Matthew Henry (Jamaica), One Sharp Mind (United States), Exile Di Brave (Jamaica), The Filharmonic (United States) and Through The Roots (United States).

In the ROOTS feature aka The Chronicles of Reggae, IRIE shines a warm spotlight on the legendary ska and reggae musician, Rico Rodriguez, who passed away in 2015. Our friends at Palm Pictures have put together a 4 part documentary featuring an interview with Rico Rodriguez by Chris Salewicz. Our ROCK feature includes an exclusive interview with our California bredren down in Santa Cruz, Jamaica’s Backing Band… Stamina Allstars!
