Jubba White is a Jamaican-born and raised Roots Reggae singer and drummer who co-founded the Dub Reggae band “DubTonic Kru.”
In 2011, Jubba White and his band Dubtonic Kru won the Global title “Best New Band in The World” at the Global Battle of the Bands international contest. That same year, Congresswoman Yvette Clarke presented Jubba with a Congressional Proclamation. The Coalition also awarded Jubba the Simba Award to Preserve Reggae (CPR).
Jubba is now a No. 1 Billboard-charting Reggae Producer, a GRAMMY-nominated drummer, and a vocalist that charted at No. 3 on the iTunes Reggae charts. Jubba is distributed by the iconic record label Tuff Gong International, which was made famous by the legendary icon Bob Marley.
