HIRIE Announces the “Woman Comes First” Headlining Fall Tour ft. Nattali Rize

Irie™ Magazine | Press Releases - HIRIE Announces the “Woman Comes First” Headlining Fall Tour ft. Nattali Rize

WORLDWIDE – November 2, 2017 – 4:20 pm – Fresh off the release of a brand new single and a successful summer season of touring, HIRIE has just announce dates for her first major headlining venture – The Woman Comes First Fall Tour. The 3-week tour will run through 15 markets in the western U.S. with internationally acclaimed artist Nattali Rize joining the bill.

The announcement comes less than a month after completing a blockbuster tour across the U.S. that lasted eight weeks with some of today’s largest names in Reggae music including Rebelution (Santa Barbara, CA), Nahko and Medicine for the People (Hawaii) and Collie Buddz (Bermuda). The 2017 Good Vibes Summer Tour was host to 30+ shows with a majority of the amphitheaters being sold out along the way. Just days upon returning home, the San Diego-based band (by way of Hawaii) released a hit single and official music video that has quickly earned status within the ranks of this year’s summer anthems. “Sun and Shine,” which features Eric Rachmany of Rebelution, comes as a follow up to 2016’s chart-topping album, Wandering Soul . The name for the upcoming tour draws inspiration from a previously released HIRIE track featuring Nattali Rize titled, “Woman Comes First”.

Now known as one of today’s hardest working female-fronted bands in modern Reggae music, HIRIE plans to keep the momentum she has built up in the last few years. Relentless touring, undeniable passion, fan interaction, conscious lyricism, and a vulnerable personality are just a few traits that keep fans coming back for more. Not to mention, a live performance that makes the HIRIE band one of the most sought out artists in today’s domestic Reggae scene. The Woman Comes First Fall Tour marks another milestone in HIRIE’s career, as it will be the band’s first full headlining tour. The pairing with Nattali Rize promises to bring a power-filled night with two of the hottest female-fronted acts and live shows in the scene today.

“We are more than excited to be joining forces on this tour! It is an important time when women of the world are undeniably rizing up and reclaiming their power, restoring Balance to the current male energy-dominated paradigm on Earth, and when all people are realising that collaboration is the foundation of the future. This tour is a celebration of that. We are all stronger Together…” – Hirie & Nattali Rize

More info on Nattali Rize

Ask her where she comes from and she’ll tell you “All directions.” It’s an apt description of a singer who defies boundaries; culturally, musically and spiritually. The Nattali Rize debut album “Rebel Frequency” hit the streets in March 2017 to high acclaim, impacting worldwide charts & hearts! Known for their epic, high energy, thought provoking and uplifting live performances, with a heavy global tour schedule, the new international band from Australia & Jamaica delivers a raw energy and vibe, channeling a deep reggae influence in a New Era Style. But this is more than genre labels. The music, message, and intention transcends. Get ready to be moved!

“One of the nation’s most refreshing voices” – Rolling Stone

“Nattali is a bright light in the world with a vision that extends beyond the stage.” – Michael Franti (Spearhead)
