Irie ISsue #2

WORLDWIDE – January 30, 2014 – ZOOLOOK, a new media agency and publishing house (publishers of the Dread & Alive comic book series), today released issue #2 of the independent reggae magazine, Irie, featuring Prezident Brown on the cover. The music discovery issue includes reggae music by Prezident Brown (Jamaica), Sahra Indio (Hawaii), Rafael Peppe (Brasil), Aline Duran (Brasil), By The Rivers (United Kingdom), P-Dub (New York), Zenny (Jamaica), BuzzRock (Trinidad & Tobago), Balaguero (Chile), Leah Rosier (Amsterdam), Troydon (Jamaica) and Anen (Peru) with special guest Calton Coffie and THIRD WORLD featuring Marcia Griffiths!

Nicholas Da Silva, founder of ZOOLOOK and creator and publisher of Dread & Alive and Irie Magazine says, “Irie is not your typical reggae magazine. Irie is released monthly but as two separate magazine; Irie (Mag) comes out on the odd months and includes content dedicated to ROOTS ROCK REGGAE but with a twist. Irie (Trax), is the music discovery side of Irie. On the even months, we introduce 12 reggae artists from all parts of the world, shining a spotlight on their music while offering our subscribers a free track download from each artists.

Issue #2 also includes two bonus tracks; “Kinky Love” by the original Bad Boy, Calton Coffie, who is currently working on his new album. Reggae Ambassadors, Third World, are also featured with the track, “You Made Me So Very Happy,” featuring the queen of reggae, Marcia Griffith. Nuff Respect!
